That we weren’t taught to communicate and Nonviolent Communication offers a way of understanding what’s missing. How healing can come from this uncomfortable but powerful statement:
“When <observation>, I feel <feeling> because I’m needing some <universal needs>. Would you be willing to <request>?”

The problem it solves starts with the tools: I love using Obsidian as a place to visualize and link my markdown notes and enhance them with an open source community of plugins. It's replaced my use of Notion (which replaced Evernote 🪦) for #PKM (personal knowledge management). It's fun to me.
