and record only observations/ professional opinions. I've heard a saying "other people's opinion of you is known of your business" which is really hard to accept sometimes. I think almost everyone has wondered/ cared what someone thought of them. But for client and therapist;

personal opinions out of assessments/ meetings and strictly be keeping record behind it somewhat forces them to take accountability for themself throughout their process with the therapist as a guide. is writing or on the flip side consider progress a sign to not try as hard or not take their medication anymore -- but for treatment to really work the therapist should absolutely acknowledge progress/ address general themes of how treatment would continue in the longterm candidly but they should

in this to enhance the connection between client and therapist and establish trust its both the client and therapists job to show up and be honest with one another. I also see some potential negative effectslike therapists not being as honest or open or clients being offended by what their therapist
