Princeton Theological Seminary is not subject to the endowment tax.

The number of students who actually pay tuition at Princeton is closer to 4,000-4,500, once you exclude grad students who don’t have tuition and undergrads getting more than $55,000 in aid. I’m not as familiar with Dartmouth, but I’m guessing it has fewer than that.

What do you make of the fact that the bill refers to “tuition-paying students”? Will colleges somewhat close to the 3,000 mark (Princeton, Dartmouth) start making fewer students “tuition-paying” (e.g., by taking more students w/ need and giving them full tuition grants)
