Isn’t this just another example of tech’s ongoing takeover of the S&P and its exceptional P/E premiums? How much premium does the rest of the S&P have over their comps around the world? A breakdown by industry group would be helpful.

Screenshot from article by the OP who hopefully with chime in. Given the rapid recent decline though, there must be more to it since women enrolling in college level led off in 2010. Maybe easier availability of medical abortions contributed although reported abortions seem to be down or flat (CDC)

The framing is odd in this screenshot since Waymo is clearly the leader in “robotaxis” having been commercial for a long time now. The question is whether and how fast Tesla can close the gap.

The key MO of the Trump regime is threats and blackmail. That is not how a democratic government should work. The government can use the law to enact policies but using threats means fascism.
