Remember the rift caused by the proposed Franklin dam. Families not talking to each other. I wonder how many would now admit that Tassie’s reputation as a wilderness tourist destination has far exceeded any expectations of what the dam might have delivered. People fall for such shite over and over.

Oh yes. Many years ago when I was around 20, I moved city and found a new doctor. I told him I suspected I had a UTI (had had the same symptoms etc before). He said ‘I’m the doctor and I will tell you what you’ve got”. Of course it was a UTI. I found a new doctor after that.

Went to see it tonight. Sadly, halfway through the first Act, Colin knelt down on the ground saying he felt unwell. A paramedic was in the audience and followed the cast and crew offstage. Five minutes later they advised an ambulance had been called and the show was cancelled. I do hope he is ok.

Many many years for me and I still have the odd craving. Luckily, if you distract yourself, the craving goes quickly and over time you realise that you haven’t thought about them for yonks.
