This is a great point. Tariff’s are taxes and we know what GOP hates most. All the additional taxes being put on good bc of tariffs!

Donald Trump just slapped a major tax on every person and business in America. Families will pay hundreds more at the grocery store and the gas pump. Everything from cars to kitchen appliances will skyrocket in price.

The comparison is scary.
Where are Democratic this week? It’s not like Trump’s inauguration was a surprise. Why haven’t we been preparing to fight against what is happening? Where is the counter narrative? I am not even sure I live in the same country I did less than a week ago. Trump is doing exactly what he said.
