Damn man, they're "just following orders?" I wonder if anyone has used that excuse for heinous actions in the past.
Instead of 'harassing' the guys on the ground, you should be talking to them and finding out WHO is giving them the orders to do this..because I guarantee you that most of them don't want to do it but are being ordered to do so
