I doubt Starmer, Miliband (or his advisor) see CCS as an affordable & working technology, rather as another delay tactic aligned with their net zero 2050 ruse. The key purpose is to avoid making urgent Paris-compliant cuts in emissions as they’re too challenging for their growth growth growth dogma.
