The overarching cynicism and lack of any moral compass the Trump administration exemplified in the BOONDOGGLE surrounding the warehousing of ICE detainees at Guantanamo, only to decide it still qualified as US territory - since they couldn't hide them there they decided to hide them in El Salvador
