Oh you’re totally reading my comment incorrectly. Women do raise amazing children all the time. The failure of men is that they don’t. The reason we have so many awful men is because of other men. Women can’t fix this problem, and I refuse to blame them for the abundance of awful men. That’s on men.

And rather than blame women; I’m choosing to hold these deadbeats accountable for failing to raise men of character. It’s time men take accountability and responsibility for their absence.

And ultimately working in collaboration gets things done far more efficiently. A hierarchy is only as good as the person at the top, and too often that person is someone who is unqualified and ego-driven, and cannot acknowledge those beneath them might be better at something than them.

Women can say “you’re better at this, this is where you excel” and hand out tasks based on everyone’s strengths. We don’t wrestle with our egos when acknowledging someone else is better at something. Women see each person’s strengths as an asset, not a threat to our own greatness.
