I've had weird bugs with the OnlyPosts feed in the past, where I'd notice some original posts just wouldn't show up at all.

Using this instead, the Following tab is specifically for seeing what people you follow are posting; I now use other feeds for discovering new artists!

Since everyone else has already mentioned OnlyPosts, I figured I'd drop in here to say that you can also change your basic Following tab to not show Replies, Reposts, or Quote Posts!
