I am struggling ATM. I was warned it could take 6 - 8 weeks to settle down (it’s 5 weeks tomorrow since the fall) I am an impatient patient.

It feels like one step forward two steps back. It’s five weeks tomorrow since I had the fall… I was warned it could take six to eight weeks. I’m just an impatient patient 😭

Thank you 🙏. Haven’t started PT yet because they want to know what damage there is. Just doing stretches to keep the joint mobile so I don’t get a frozen shoulder.

Ugh, brains can be so frustrating. Hate it when that happens. Or, you’re trying to sleep and your brain reminds you of that stooopid thing you did as a teen (thankfully we’re too old for someone to have caught it on their phone 😮‍💨)
