Ursuluna BM is definitely worse though since its a special attacker and you can check its ivs on it in PLA so you have to transfer it and hope to god it has 0 attack ivs its very inacessible and unfair for hobbyists who just like playing vgc

TPC just doesnt care at all abt pokemon accessibility for the competitive scene its really annoying, Urshifu has been a meta defining pokemon thru every regulation its been allowed but it costs a total of like 90 dollars to get on your own excluding owning S/V itself
