Yes & no. There's an expression: "If you have 4 people eating dinner at a table & 1 is a NotZ, then you have 4 NotZs." So if you have a line of 20 cops, and 1 is instigating, then you have 20 bad cops. Because 19 didn't stop the violence.

I use low-dose (1mg) melatonin 30-45min before bed. If i wake in the middle of the night I might take a 2nd pill.

We had friends over eating meatloaf (w/baby carrots) when we got a call that went to the machine. It was a recorded message from Costco saying that their records indicate we purchased baby carrots that were part of a recall.
