We're on two amicus briefs I think, re funding freeze & birthright citizenship. Briefs often come via email with <24hrs notice and my email isn't monitored 24/7. Bandwidth to eval legal positions is also limited. Generally review is quick but It's different than clicking YES on a MoveOn petition.

Agreeing 100% with the premise that A2 would benefit tremendously from local control of MDOT roads, delivered with fair compensation to A2, I'll just caution that it is a long, MDOT cadenced, mostly backstage process. Staff status reports rather than CC resolutions will be the order of the day.
