soy milk acquired. crisis averted

last nights "deep" dish pizza. it did not rise very high, but it was the best one yet. taste and texture of the base was superb

only problem with recreating it: this was an "oops i forgot about that dough for a week" result

first set came out nicely. got more confidence for making further clay form adjustments before starting the second one, to make it a bit more accurate

I met a photographer at a fall art fest. She was taking tintype photos for people. It was really neat to see the large format camera could be adapted for her process.

Developing a finished image on the spot was also really cool!
