I don't see many commercials, and I am seeing a ton of these awful AI ones. If I'm seeing them then I can only imagine what people who don't usually block ads have to deal with. Terrifying stuff honestly. I would rather you film yourself in your bathroom yelling at me to buy a car than see AI slop

Happy to say that I did come back to work on more! Not a ton, but I'm glad I didn't let my frustration at losing a part get to me. The head was a little rough putting together. Seems solid after it's done at least. The firearm is very cool and the writing is much easier to see on it.

I never did follow up on this, so here's the progress I made so far! Top shelf is most of my non Gundam statues, then a bunch of WfM stuff and Haman/Char (they will probably get relocated but for now they're cute/funny there) also cat!! 😻
Still need to get a replacement light though that isn't hot

Okay the head was not as much of a joy as the body was (*smug anime face*) but at least it's together now. I need a break after dropping that yellow piece over and over, and losing it for like 10 min one time. Warning to anyone else, that part will pop out super easy until you get it locked in place

When they made character models for Gundam I figured it was only a matter of time before we got similar with Eva, and thankfully we have now! Yaaayyy! Rei, my hero! She's a star, and now I have a Rei I can pose and have fight giant robots all on her own! Also I adore this @gundamplanet.com sticker 😻

When they made character models for Gundam I figured it was only a matter of time before we got similar with Eva, and thankfully we have now! Yaaayyy! Rei, my hero! Doing some light detailing but nothing too crazy. I don't want to overwhelm myself so I'm just kinda focusing on just building one part at a time and deciding as I go. I absolutely love this so far though, it's everything I was hoping for while building the HG lol

Okay as I went on it kind of sank in more??? It wasn't even from putting parts on I don't think, it was happening while sanding other parts, and by the time I had it all together it looks fine to me lol

Having trouble with the cockpit closing up. Anyone else run into this problem? I have some ideas but I'm not 100% sure what the issue is. Might have to sand down the blue part a bit? It'll go up, but then it goes back down to where it is in the first pic.

Airmaster has turned into a couch build, I got the urge to do something different. When I started building the HG Exia I was lamenting over how bad I wanted an MG, and now I have 2(one is ecopla), but I decided to build that standard one first. Ecopla Setsuna will be a void, just like ecopla Mika

Looks really good next to the Justice too! Honestly the art for the game is, in general, really good. I like the whole aesthetic they have going. Tho at times I question some choices, they can either be just bizarre like "Dramatic turnabout" R+, or kinda creepy like the card with Fa 😭

Ordered this Freedom Gundam a few days ago, at a really good price too, and it did show up 😌
Pretty sure this and the justice were the only LR I didn't manage to get opening boosters, and I didn't really want to buy more, so it made more sense to just buy the card.

Okay these two are fun to pose together lol. I need to buy a stack of normal grazes, this was one of my earliest builds coming back (the standard graze that is) and I could use another... And then like 10 more probably.

I'll have to go back and touch it up in the future, but I did at least paint the eye on the Graze Ein! Next up is the Gundam Airmaster, from After War Gundam X, which I've really been looking forward to. I hope that this coming year Bandai releases some more Gundam X kits 🤞

Ofc they fought like a huge annoying weenie, but in the end I outsmarted them (not hard) and managed to hide in a spot I could see into where we had been fighting from the outside and headshot em. Wish I had lasted longer, got caught up in a storm fight, worth it tho

Well I kinda ended up snapping the rest together, but I'll have to take the head apart to paint the eye still but that's easy. I'm going to make an IBO area of my display case so I wanted to get some more of those out of my backlog, so now the Graze Ein and Hugo can both go in there.

I need more plexi risers and then I can layer the right side properly, but I like it so far :)

Got the cabinet for free from a family friend, and it has a lot of charm. I just need to figure out a better lighting solution for it. The bulb is very old and gets a bit warm.

My dspiae metallic gold marker has never worked real great but I think I got it going now. Might need to clean it more, but I love the color at least! Fits well with the dark armor. I like the MK-07 Yellow for the other graze units I've done, but this one needed the ol' razzle dazzle on it
