Now the wings. THE WINGS. I’m going big and making each side skirt a tambour embroidered and beaded panel - pattern below! I’ve sure made a decision that will eat my free time but it’s going to be *so pretty*

The arm bands and collar will be faux fur and pleather (wildly I already have a surprising amount of the materials for this ???) The underskirt will be a walking skirt with a small train in black satin, over skirt will be a gradient does netting or tulle (which will take A LOT of color swatching.)

For the torso: a plunge corset of black coutil and an ornamented stomacher make up the bodice! With tulle overlays and Victorian inspired hip pads, this will be the most structured section. Beading galore here! I’m excited to draft a pattern for a corset again! have never done a plunge!
