I’ve heard of people being denied entry because of non-official stamps, such as the kind you get at places like Machu Picchu and San Marino
These stamps haven’t been a problem for me, so far, but I’ve had low-level fear about it…

A3. I’ve had great bread in the nordics: moist, rich rye bread in Denmark; crusty sandwiches in Norway & Iceland. Also, love Pão de Queijo in Brazil (fluffy cheesy rolls)

I think there’s no meaningful difference, but people dislike the idea of being a tourist, so they identify as a traveller to separate themselves from that
