I wonder if the vote goes against banning Israel whether those threatening to pull out would change their mind to go along with the majority decision.

Thank you for bringing this amazing singer to my attention. Not sure if they will be out entry, I have a feeling it will be rock for us next year,but I will definitely be listening to Paris from now on.

My dear cat Sheba died last Summer. I cried so much for months but eventually, gradually, the tears stop and you can focus on the good memories. I wish for you strength to get through this difficult time.

There is also the issue of the Israeli government influencing the public vote with their ad campaign. If that isn't addressed the bit may still go against Israel

As it is the same selection team as last year we probably will be sending someone not well known but with a decent social media following and a.stand out vocalist.

RM were a great choice this year, shame about the song. It would be nice if they have a separate selection process for the song this year. Inviting writers to submit. Choose the best then choose the best act to perform it

I did grow up in the 80s, the music was amazing but I must admit most of my music collection was recorded from the radio chart show on cassette.

BBC to have song selection separate from selecting the artist as they did when they were in Junior Eurovision.
Personally I would prefer it if all entries were voted on as a song title/ artist rather than the name of the country. Reducing the nationalistic element in the voting would make it more of a song contest rather than a country contest.
