Our latest study is out! We investigated the effects of inducing goblet airway epithelial cells in the lung arising from YAP/TAZ inhibition, finding distinct inflammatory networks with implications for disease. Congrats to team and first author Carina!

Despite the chaos and uncertainty, I am happy to share our latest publication. In this study, we mapped stromal changes in mammary carcinomas initiated by epithelial LATS1/2 kinase inhibition and demonstrated the effectiveness of TEAD inhibitors in this model.
