The rye bread dough didn't rise a lot 😔 don't know why though. I used dough hooks to mix, but I don't see why that should affect it. It was getting late, so I baked it. Being a rye bread, it stayed flat 😅 but tasted good 👍

Plymouth Respect Festival took place today. I didn't join the parade but we dropped in to the tent later to see some friends. I bought a t-shirt to support them. They gave my daughter some sweets and she was happy 😁

I joined an online event by Waterstones on Tuesday and I got the book today 🥰 My daughter claimed the pin badge as it has a dragon on it 😆 I can't wait to start reading it after dinner.

Still harvesting some cucumbers and courgettes (one I failed to spot earlier 😓) and a small butternut squash 😀 Tomatillo plants grew big but the bits I want to eat are not necessarily big 😢
I wish it stopped raining for a few days so my beans can get dry!
