I like good books and bad movies
I rented Daniel Wilson's Hole in the Sky from my library and made it to chapter 3 before NEEDING my own copy. It's an incredible Native American first contact, cosmic horror story with a beautiful theme about fatherhood and healing. I'd inject into my veins if I could.

I just finished the works of vermin based on this review. It was an incredible statement of a book and I loved every minute reading it.

Just finished Angel Bomb's printing of Who Goes There by John W Campbell Jr. It's an incredible piece of art. The story itself is claustrophobic and intense but it's definitely better for having watched John Carpenter's The Thing.

I just finished Ted Chiang's Exhalation for the second time. Each story is unique and beautiful but the one continually occupying my thoughts after this read is The Great Silence, which provides an answer to the Fermi Paradox from an unexpected source. Beautiful.
