Yeah, I am trying to get it back. Haven't started riding yet. Diet is first. Also, have osteo arthritis in the right hip. Need to focus on doing the right exercises to get that better. Lower weight had definitely helped.

Good. I ballooned up to 270 but on the right track now. Down to 242 and still going. How are you?
