Also, isn’t the goal to renegotiate tariffs to make “things more fair?” If we renegotiate tariffs and bring them and the trade imbalance to 0, where do we generate revenue?????

This is further indication he is not only unfit for office but that he is losing his faculties. Any normal leader would realize this is not only not funny but bellicose to our strongest ally.

I managed to send a direct email and even that had its problems. All my senators and reps are Dems. We need to get people in red areas to call and write.

I have to disagree with this. Ron really helps us get out of our bubble and we need that.The discussion (from us) really needs to start being more about how we counter and undermine their stances, especially since they’re kind of the mainstream now.We can’t do that without getting this kind of info.

Ok but is that something we really need? Is the juice worth the squeeze? We have a pretty diverse landscape and we’re huge. It’s not like Canada or Mexico have invested in these projects either. And I’m not being rhetorically facetious here. Is there a real CBA here?
