I go 3-4 times a week for 60mins each day. Thank you! Helps me to know other’s routines to make sure I am doing decent. I tend to use around 8 weight resistance machines and started to do standing biceps curls with dumbbells. Always work on core with ab rotation and ab crunch machine every time.

I don’t understand how you even create these. At a glance they look and feel like a real photograph, but when I look closely you can see the strokes

Stared at the middle of the picture and my brain thought it was a real photo. Noticed the tail next and then I was trying to figure out if there was a monkey behind him. Then i saw it was art and it seemed obvious! 🍆 was like a magic trick, my focus was distracted.
