No No. It really doesn't go without someone saying it, and then it doesn't go without someone among ~342 Million Americans convincing a judge they have standing to challenge, and paying the legal fees, and expediting the trials, and convincing someone with Execucitive authority to obey the law, etc.

For a simple caveman like me... in a case with a hypothetical GJ w/ Evidence {A,B}; can Prosecutor send Evidence {A,B,C} to trial w/o sending it to the GJ beforehand?

What are you doing to get your powers to inspect these places enforced (besides posting about it)? Surely you have an injunction from a judge? Why not sue each officer? Why did you not file one five minutes after the first refusal?

In no universe within USA will shooting at a consumer drone be considered self defense, even with a bb-gun. The FAA considers them to be aircraft, and shooting aircraft (even w bb-guns) is a potential felony. Unless they're armed, divebombing you, etc, expect a bad time claiming "self defense".
