Interessanter Weiße gibt es einige Programme deren Existenz den Staat Geld kosten
Leider kann ich eine interessante Studie hierzu nicht mehr finden. Es wurde analysiert, ob eine Förderung ingesamt Geld kostet, oder ob sie Geld zur Verfügung stellt (einfache Rechnung: wieviele Arbeitsstunden fürs Schreiben aller Anträge und wieviel Ausschüttung). Sollte immer analysiert werden.
