Blues for Mister Charlie is an amazing piece of American drama. The play is centered around the murder of a black man by a white southerner and the trial that follows. Based off of the Emmitt Till case, this is a powerful look at the struggle for justice in America. Excellent read. #booksky

‘James’ rewrites the story of Huckleberry Finn through the eyes of Twains iconic character, Jim. It is a smart, funny and brutal read that challenges Twain’s classic with deeper ideas on language and race in the building of America. Very solid read, do it up 👍🏼 #read #books
