In game it looks like this. It is a White Mage gauge to do fast big healing with. If you ever have a chance to play FFXIV (if you enjoy JRPGs) I recommend it. Sure it's interface is an MMO, but the story part itself is mostly Single player these days and everything is locked behind doing the Story.
