Most restaurants don’t have the margins for this kind of an upgrade unless they are an insanely popular chain. Even then, the fees for those readers are insane. Blame the companies that run the machines, not the restaurant!

I think people have forgotten that it took more than showing up to get the civil rights we have today. We can’t let our devotion to decorum and the Tolerance Paradox lead us to fascism. Sometimes it takes more and we need to stop being afraid to admit it.
