Do you really love your job, want that house now that’s above what you can comfortably afford to pay off in 30 yrs, want to spend 20 yrs paying a mortgage before the majority of a payment goes toward your principal &don’t mind working into your late 70’s or beyond then a 50 yr mortgage is for you.

I wouldn’t count on Durbin to not vote in favor of whatever the GOP proposes. I’d reach out to Duckworth so maybe she can talk sense into Durbin. This isn’t to say that Durbin shouldn’t be contacted as well I just don’t trust him anymore to do what is right.

I expected more from JB but he is all talk and no action. He thinks bringing more AI data centers to IL is what is important for the measly 25 jobs it brings despite our electric bills being out of control thanks to these companies he brags about.

Does the language in the bill they passed last night clearly specify what the vote on ACA would be if it happens? I can see the vote being for a half of a half percent subsidy rather than the one currently in place through 2025.
