I just found this Gesis Guide, which references your book chapter regarding youtube data, which states this, but is there a clear way how to know what is allowed and what isnt (e.g uploading a dehydrated dataset with only the video and comments ids and sentiment scores)

Figure 5 and Figure 6 show the Gini- coefficients from the lobbying and being lobbied side. What is particular interesting for me is the stability of the inequality of access to regulators.
