Step 1: Stamp in any of the directional brushes available in Painter Step 2: Run a slope blur on your paint layer, set the intensity to a slightly negative value, the source to "previous input", then add a bit of blur: this will pinch your brush stroke! Step 3: For a jagged look, at a warp to this with a Crystal 1 as a custom noise.
