Nothing recent in Minnesota. The sentencing is in line with state guidelines, according to Moriarty. The sentencing worksheet hasn't been posted. The judge did say in his conviction ruling that there were aggravating factors justifying an upward departure (from a stayed prison sentence of 21 months)
