Brand loyalty is one thing, but this is probably a step further I guess? PS is always the main console I use, yet I usually get all consoles of a gen sooner or later, so I wouldn't miss out. Those 'hardcore' fans said they've spent thousands of dollars on Xbox, why not buy a PS as well? win win imo
