It looks like you report a profile/comment/video based on violating the Community Guidelines and not the ToS. The Guidelines have a ton of stuff listed in there, but here's the available form

How do we define or codify what "overuse" is? Maybe this is a question for psychologists. I see some benefit for giving people access to a sounding board or pseudo therapist that they might not otherwise have access to (cost, scheduling, unwillingness to be vulnerable in front of a human, etc).

This was the first webinar of @childrenandscreens.bsky.social I attended, and if they are all this good - then wow! It feels serendipitous to find this organization and webinar just last night. I found answers to questions I didn't even know I had, and came away with new things to consider.
