It wasn't till recently when I noticed Storm has really beady eyes which imo makes his design better.

Dude this was always. My headcanon of Storm being a low-key a savant in cooking and I'm glad the IDW started that possible idea. I'd like to think the guy has a few cook books hanging around in his room. The guy isn't bright but doesn't mean he can't read. XD

But the official media has shown em having teeth, especially Wave with her trademark smug grin. Chalk it up to cartoon logic but still, these people bitching clearly never played or even seen the games.

What does the comic imply? I don't wanna buy something and not like it.

So does the other game. Your bias doesn't mean shit. And they are just awards that aren't worth much in the long run.
