I blame the 12 clown. He had the motive and the opportunity.

I’ve said it before, but if Ober gets traded it really means Ryan and Lopez are safe this offseason. 100% agree there are too many starters ready to start in the big league rotation.

This post makes Me want an old fashioned.

Tell us how you monkey pawed us into the number 3 pick.

Well it suck’s to drop, when currently there is a clear 1 and 2. On the other hand they did finish the season with the 4th worst record so …they actually moved up?

Would you consider him low risks given his skill set and his proximity to majors?

I won’t believe the Twins are not trading Ryan and Lopez unless they trade Ober (or SWR). They need to create openings for their 8-10 man rotation at this point. I also think Raya and Ohl need to be factored into the Bullpen at some point.

Well if the pattern holds, whoever the Twins sign will win a gold glove at 1st. So no worries about that. 🙂

I think that logic hold for prospects like McLean, Yesavage, and Schmidt. But the fact Tong didn’t dominate as soon as he got to the Majors keeps the door open. Asking “Win now” teams to wait 1/2 a season or more might be too long, especially for a team that miss the playoffs by a game.

I think next week won’t be about Carol to drag out the ending. The other 12 individuals mostly seem to be on the grieving state of denial, so seeing some of them cope with there new reality will be interesting. I think I have a 100 other questions about how they work to get me to keep watching.

Well done sir, you did well! Hope you enjoy the time with your family!

Are there any players coming out of Korea or Japan that would be a good fit for the Twins?

When the Twins traded Miller years ago, I knew he’d be available in the Rule 5. Dodgers have too deep of a system and his offense was never strong enough to give a spot to. I think he’s going to have a long career as a AAAA guy or regularly hired Minor league free agent.

No secret the Twins need a bullpen.

Sister went to school in RI, nice place. Personally, I have no idea how i'm going to check Delaware off my state list. Not on the way to any thing, not a destination. I might die at only visiting 48-49 states.

A year ago you debated if LHP or catching was the weakest part of the Twins system. Is that still the case? Or has another demographic (like corner power or high ceiling RHP) now the weakest part of the system?

Not watching the game, but I already know who said that.

A wonderful morning by myself.

I'm not sure where to vote, but I'd like to learn more about Justin Lebron. Alabama, College Shortstop. Seems like the Twins demographic. Plus going college means he'll rise quicker, and have more cross over years with Jenkins.

I wonder how the new challenge system will improve his walk rate even more. You got to think he be given free range to challenge by the Mets. There a chance now he could pass Bonds.

One of the fun exercises I’m doing is trying to predict which teams would go with the “best player” at number 1
and which would go for a “Eli Willits” approach. Would any team pass on Cholowsky?

He’s becoming a more complete player. Power and speed. I Wonder if it’s enough to get him on the 40 man this year.
