So... Seeing this is on the scale is absolutely wild to me, and I'll probably process this later, but the fact that this means I'm down 95 pounds in 2 years is something I would not have thought possible back then, let alone happening. I'm very, very proud of myself though 🥹

It’s only been the last 2 years that I’ve lost 90 pounds, got serious with the workouts and food, and the consistency has paid off immensely 😁

Today as a small win I found out for myself that I can do unassisted chest dips in my workout and knocked out 3 sets, so that’s really cool 😁
Had never tried them up until now so that’s a new thing unlocked for me!
