That’s exactly what I noticed. They want to be/get out from under the thumb of the male traditional view of life and family, that is also reflected in these rankings.

So there will be no guards/guardrails in place anywhere if people like that keep resigning. I get it’s a catch 22.

Well, if management (and HR) wasn’t punitive when people actually take sick time, I bet taking it would be utilized more. It’s the rule more than the exception.

SCOTUS just let a layoff of 50% of the Dept of Education go through. I feel this lawsuit is ultimately useless.

I enjoyed the patio. Didn’t get there early enough to get a wall side Adirondack chair for sunset, but was looking forward to a return trip to stay in a cabin to do that and take more time to enjoy the trails. Unbelievably sad. 😭
