Lots of stuff in there I could easily take apart (and have in the past), but let's ground this in the facts.

Now, god help me, this chart is from the War Room/CEC. But the facts are what they are.

In which the Premier's right-hand man blames both immigrants and the federal government for the strains and stresses in the education system his government is supposed to run.

What you'll notice is that other comparable heavy grades often have *higher* upstream emissions.

There's also the small detail/problem of the specific extraction technique the S&P Platts study used: cyclic steam injection.

Here's ConocoPhillips, a Houston-based company, announcing layoffs of 20 to 25 per cent earlier this month.

Is this also Ottawa's fault?
October 1, 2025 at 2:20 AM
Imperial's parent company, ExxonMobil, announced its own layoffs the *next* day.
October 1, 2025 at 2:20 AM
Alas, this is complete and utter nonsense.

Behold:

Of course, of COURSE, Danielle Smith blamed Ottawa for Imperial Oil's plan to lay off 20 per cent of its employees by 2027.

Pierre Poilievre: "Christians may be the number one group that are victims of hate-based violence."

The facts: Nope.
