obsidian.md could be a good option. Just uses local markdown files, and has nice extensions. But could be too complicated for what you're asking for.

Awesome! I would put a label above the input rather than hiding in a tooltip - "Bluesky username (Optional)". You could also include secondary hint text below the label, for more detail or to show the example "e.g. @maxelkins.me". Avoiding placeholder text hiding when typing.
