Started this head for my Carpenter ant costume last year but never finished it until now. It's a mess of armature wire, foam mats, and papier-mâché. It's drying now, so I'm printing a hard-hat 🙂‍↕️

Ok so, i had to replace the nozzle head since it seemed clogged. The PLA filament is coming out well now... except after a layer or two, it's not holding its shape. Lowered the nozzle temp from 200° to 190°. BED at 50°. Sigh, time for some testing. #3dprinting #ender3
