A D66/GL/PvdA/VVD coalition would just barely have a 76 seat majority, so they may want to make a deal with... The CDA (Christian Democrats) or... after that it gets weird... the BBB (Farmers!), Denk (Conservatives) or SP (Socialist).

So the D66 will have to form a coalition, which is typical for the Netherlands government. However, the next biggest parties (they refuse to deal with the PVV) are the VVD (conservative) and GL/PvdA (Green-Left). Good luck getting them to agree to an policies!
