The whole vibe of our times right now has put me in a kind of rut, but not because I can't think of anything, because it never feels like the right time to talk about it.

Social media was supposed to be about our lives, now our lives are about social media. As an artist, I am generally more drawn to exploring the human condition, which is obviously difficult to do when there is so much real life suffering and anxiety around current events.

I think what has been frustrating me lately is that I think our entire reality has been consumed by this feedback loop of toxic political discourse informing real political action and creating even more toxic political discourse that our social media environment thrives on.
