For a visceral reaction when I can't change it fast enough, it has to be country or pop (including rap/hip hop) post 1986. Examples include MJ, Madonna, & any teeny bopper sensation. Bonus: "Open Arms" by Journey and similar power ballads from the early 80s can be a bit annoying...
