Following Mega Raichu X and Y designs, officially recognized by TPC as resembling respectively Raichu and Pikachu (source: legends.pokemon.com/en-us/news/m...), I feel they could do justice to Wartortle and make a Mega Blastoise (Z?) that looks more like its previous stage.

I need to merge the separated ice parts into a single one, and I'm trying to do it in a non-destructive way.
