I don’t generally use my consumer account in the work profile but if I attempt to repro I get a prompt to enter Fred’s and at the bottom I have a “ we found an account you can use here “ too to interact with. Yours seems to have preselected it.

Clicking on bottom right three dots where terms of use link is will reveal a correlation id and utc timestamp that will help us get the logs for how the request was processed.

Private mode won’t work here as device identity is not available via a PRT as expected in normal mode. Can you please elaborate on what you meant by “does not allow me”? Are you getting prompted for credentials and are you using hello for business or a passkey or security key at that screen?
