Certain moves disable tech rolls on a followup knockdown, giving a free pursuit or much better oki. Gen-An 63214D is one example of this; Kusaregedo 236S is another.

Claw strangely is also ignored when checking for heavy to heavy button combos, so this sequence knocks down. #ss6 #samsho6

Rera's CS4 ender borrows her 421S~S animation. In addition to the distinct vfx, it uses a different knockdown sfx and the pursuit window is slightly delayed. The sfx doesn't play if the opponent rolls.

Meaning Rera can easily reaction pursuit on no tech after CS4.
